-has real gps in (not wifi locating module),
-support hotspots,
-can call+text
-has better camera
-has better screen. (not in terms of resolution in terms of angle can viewed from. angle can still see objects on iphone's screen larger)
-has better louder loudspeakers
-has camera flash
-longer battery life

on other hand need pay monthly of these specs.
