Why when i turn my heat on in my apt does my bill sky rocket?


use air or in apt 10kw per day, when gets real cold turn on heat , let ir run , smart meter day , says usedd 41 kw hrs few days going on. before heat or air conditioning goes 5 or 6 kw not 30 damn kwts whats matter. on electricity welcome me out. 10 points!!!
