Do fire men loot after putting out a fire?


has been bothering me awhile.
had house fire few years ago.
cause fire wasn't found.
however, family members
let inside after fire had
noticed fire fighters searching through
cabinets , opening kitchen drawers.
hope i'm right standard procedure.
when went in, firemen put foot on
roommates wallet had $100 peeking through.
roommate had "excuse me sir" twice
, firemen still had foot on wallet.
roommate had psychically pick fire
fighters foot off of freaking wallet! saw that!
want hear fire fighters our hero's ,
not remembered doing low life crap this.
there crooked fire men loot whoever?
if so...we live in sicker world thought.
