Does running on treadmills good?


it's if put high speeds , put incline resistance. recommend 8 mph beginning runners if pit of shape 7 , go gradually or won't benifit. i'm @ 12 mph right on treadmill , can run mile in 5 minutes i've been run 6 months , run everyday. treadmill fat loss hurt knees if shoes worn out wear running shoes. yes tones have 4 pack right , still working 6 pack

do work well? bad knees? tone better? etc.
