How to make yourself happy?


maybe should root of problem. figure out why sad , find way fix it. if there's nothing particularly wrong maybe they're mood swings pass. talking people love , trust may feel better :)
doing make happier, surround friends , happy people. take hobby playing games, watching movies, reading, sport, drawing, listening music... ever makes feel better.

sometimes feel super sad. don't feel doing anything, feel laying on bed , staring @ ceiling. don't know myself, , want cry, , that's do. cry rest of afternoon, no reason @ all.
