I'm 6'2" and weigh 170 pounds, is a 154 snowboard too small?

work fine.

intermediate rider size should on bit longer, it's still within "easier maneuver" size range you. also, having ridden 4 times, still class beginner. beginner better suited using shorter board due increased control little smaller.

neither weight nor height can used solely determine "proper" length. put word "proper" in quotations because there's not such thing proper length rider of given size. board length determined many factors, including height, weight, ability, riding style, intended riding, , comfortable in general.

instance, according weight should on 154 or 155. height (using "between chin , nose rule" mentioned, isn't way choose @ unless you're gonna racing), should on 165. ride 159, because comfortable on it, , allows me things want do. comes middle of throat.

anyhoo, should fine. can go longer if want, shouldn't problem foreseeable future.

mostly use riding , hitting small jumps.. im intermediate rider, have rode 4 times. wanted know if going difficult ride board?
