have both 2 , 3 layer goretex fabrics sold yard (i'm not sure waterproof/breathability ratings are). sell seam seal tape on site, , patterns rain pants/jackets. zippers, elastic, etc.

wondering if else has had success projects this, , how holds against rain, since brand new goretex rain jacket rei can $500.
