8 minute mile in 7 months?
intent join track in college walk-on , don't want idiot, i'm aiming time of around 8 minutes mile run. don't intend make mile run specialty, want increase endurance, , considering running i'm doing, expect leg muscles improve enough speed increase enough other events. have started doing daily 2.2 mile run uphill sprint , occasional sprint on straightaways on trail. if i'm heading injury daily run or disaster, please tell me how many runs week recommend. there other exercises @ home me? possible if remain diligent 7 months?
