Every time I Log Onto My Laptop, I Get A Blank Screen! Please Help ASAP.?


hi! first question on website, , have signed website because of situation i'm in. well, every time log onto laptop, whole "starting windows" screen windows logo, , once that's ended, goes onto blank (black) screen white cursor/arrow placed around blank screen used navigate through laptop. happens every time log on , find myself having click power button on laptop , hold down 3 seconds close down laptop automatically , re start again , see if works time round. eventually, after many, many times of turning laptop on , off using power button, works. how writing on laptop. although took longest time it's ever taken going today. around 10 times of turning on , off repeatedly. it's annoying! i've tried many things possibly problem. including clearing cache, deleting internet browsing history (temporary internet files, history etc) taking out laptops battery, , holding down power button around 30 seconds minute, trying whole "start-up repair" thing. none of has ever worked. why i'm desperately in need of help. (extra information - computer toshiba satellite c660-195, i've had around 2 years, i'd say, it's never had viruses, if information matters, , it's windows 7 laptop, has been. appreciate if answer me decent answer asap, or @ least advice. please, need problem badly!
