Really really travel sick!! Please help?


i'm on mini bus, 5 hour ride england. on horribly bumpy road, farm track >_< i've got horrible car sickness. ate lot of pizza @ pizza hut before started on road again. everytime hit bump (every millisecond) stomach lurches. feel i'm gonna throw up. i'm trying keep down :( 
have bad headache. i've tried asking open windows, complain it's cold after 5 minutes. it's stuffy in here. feel dizzy, hot , sick :\ 
have none of travel sickness pills me :( 
can feel little better. 
have been on bus hour now. i've been holding stomach whole way in fear of throwing up. queasy 'butterflies in tummy' feeling when ever bus jumps , down :(
