spending christmas in heaven year



twas' 11 days before christmas, around 9:38,
when 20 beautiful children stormed through heaven's gate..


smiles contagious, laughter filled air,
hardly believe beauty saw there.





filled such joy, didn't know say,
remembered nothing of had happened day.
"where we?" asked little girl, quiet mouse.
"this heaven, declared small boy,
we're spending christmas @ god's house."





when wondering eyes did appear,
jesus, savior, , children gathered near.
looked @ them , smiled, , smiled same,
opened arms , called them name.





, in moment joy, heaven can bring,
children flew arms of king.
, lingered in warmth of embrace,
1 small girl turned , looked @ jesus' face.
, if read questions had.
gently whispered her, "i'll take care of mom , dad."





looked down on earth, world far below,
saw of hurt, sorrow, , woe.
closed eyes , stretched out hand,
"let power , presence re-enter land!"
"may country delivered hands of fools,
i'm taking nation, i'm taking schools!"





, children stood without sound.
"come children, let me show around."
excitement filled space, skipped , ran.
displaying enthusiasm small child can.
, heard him proclaim walked out of sight,
"in midst of darkness, still light !"
