If i buy a new mother board and processor, do i need to reinstall windows?


need reinstall windows. windows installs differently based on hardware. it's designed way deliberately keep copying installed version of windows new computer. there motherboard drivers different too, change those.

might try swapping m/b , see how works. guess you'd have problems.

i have 1tb hdd windows. current board , processor ga-h55m-ud2h , intel i3-550 @3.2 ghz

new board , processor want asus p8q77-m/csm , intel i5-3550 @3.3ghz.

can swap board , cpu , leave else including software same?
