Pinky finger pain whilst crocheting?


have had on here similar questions, none of them seem quite i'm looking for.
ive been crocheting year on regular basis. sell work shop (so dont consider myself beginner).
hold hook pencil, , tension isnt tight, holding tight isnt problem.
fatigued pinky finger on hand holds work , yarn. dont use pinky finger hold yarn, have yarn between middle , index finger whilst using thumb , index hold work.
ring , pinky finger curl yarn sits inside them, , pinky finger gets sore after while. need find way relax pinky dont know how.... have suggestions? exercise finger before , after everytime work.
