What are some stretches for a more flexible back?

1 a) stand in front of blank wall or closed door, face away wall , lean until can touch wall. start walk hands down wall (if need adjust how far wall, time). not try go way first time, hurt unless have flexible back. each time try little farther , once reach ground start hold position before coming up. bridge or backbend position achieving. http://kittyscott.shutterfly.com/17055 (yes me)
b) can try reach backbend lying on , pushing it. once have learned how position, hold longer , longer periods of time.
c) feel more comfortable can attempt fall backbend standing position; use spotter first few times or until feel confident enough try without one. lean upper body far can, not put arms out yet. go try spot ground, spot or before can see reach arms finish getting ground. either collapse ground or try stand it.
d) once @ doing can progress walkover raising leg go , kicking on after hitting backbend finish standing up.
2) basket or bird’s nest stretch—lie on stomach , grab feet behind you. pull towards head , ceiling. goal legs close head can.
3) sit on floor legs straight out in front of you. rock lie on back, while keeping legs straight stick legs vertically on shoulders legs in air. hold long can. keep arms either on support or if feel can put hands on ground next you. either come out of rolling sitting position or try touch legs on ground beyond head. hold , release going way sitting position stop @ vertical leg position if want to.
4) standing , sitting pike stretch, cobra, kick legs while lying on stomach, lean while standing up, lean forward until have flat , lean far can.
5) 1 last stretch splits (and arabesque penchee). need find blank spot on wall , grab chair. facing away wall , holding onto chair support, take leg , slide wall going splits. hold long possible switch legs. try keep legs straight. work stretch move chair closer wall until touching wall in vertical split.

my isn't naturally flexible , need know stretches make more flexible. dancer if helps.
