What kind of bugs are these?!?


in kitchen i've been seeing stuff looked dirt, didn't think whole lot of , wiped up. went cabinets plate , plates covered in it. upon closer inspection it's not dirt it's eggs , can see tiny clearish-tan-brown bugs moving. i'm attaching picture of plate , zoomed in on eggs. please help! also, had old plastic thing of cat treats next cabinet, , when went last time disintegrated. inside looked 'dirt' thought found problem, realize bunch of nasty *** bugs , source. threw away they're still around.
