Do people from Minnesota only like other people from Minnesota?


i'm michigan going visit minnesota , possibly move there, upon seeing several blogs (2 of them being sports blogs however, other 5 or regular blogs), noticed many different people said minnesotans people minnesotans , don't enjoy hanging around or becoming friends new neighbors out of state or not minnesota. thought ridiculous since many people did state this, makes me wonder. can tell me truth?

p.s. true many people passive-agressive , don't people aren't scandinavian?
