Does anybody have suggestions for quiet (apartment friendly) tools to setup a DIY workshop?


set workshop/art room/(basic creative space)in apartment. i'd appreciate advice on wood-working tools building frames of sizes various things, headboards, shadowboxes, stools, chests, etc. suggestion tools work these relatively basic more challenging projects appreciated. use advice on setup , tools won't cause neighbors complain...
*quietest options for: nail-gun and/or air compressors,
*shop-vac friendly saws , or workbench tables minimize dust wood , pvc pipe cuts
*small scale, relatively speaking (i'm not heavy lifter)
