How long does it take to run a 5K?


you'll fine. going extremely slowly, while running , walking, take maximum of 15 minutes finish mile (as long you're trying) , since 5k 3 miles, should take under 45 minutes. i'd suggest aiming under 40. luck! :)

i'm not in shape i'm skinny. friend wants 5k @ end of january , i'm scared won't able because don't run often. how long think take person doesn't run finish 5k?
