Who can i report an employee that edits their own time basically stealing time from company?


there's 2 employees edit own time. take 1hr lunch edit time took 30 mins. take 30 min breaks edit time 10 mind. whenever late edit time time supposed come in. i'm tired of nobody in company doing why want this..
