Does US Citizen baby help getting a visa quicker at consulate abroad?


used work in usa had come home. while there became father of baby said citizen (to surprise).
applying work visa after these years, solely purpose of giving child american culture since going live there anyway after growing up.

question is, consular officer going consider ? l have legit, problem of times visa applications put in background checks resulting lengthy delays..... baby making process faster ? should tell consular want baby grow in usa thats why applying work visa ?
