Dropped classes last semester now I owe financial aid....?


last semester got myself few classes teacher told me couldn't attend.so went home, no problemo.....they sent $700 check house! cashed it......here next semester, signed classes , everything's going smoothly. got scholarship pay " tuition only" ....went down cashier n told me, owe $700 account isn't blocked yet..... tomorrow day need books....i'm worried. i'm expecting $1700 semester ...will deduct $700 or have pay $700 out of pocket first...will able books at-least?..... don't understand because before handed in scholarship paperwork stating going pay classes, on web browser said classes paid for.so means received money pell grant....so maybe have til next semester pay $700....
