Cockatiel nibbling/pecking, why?


have had cockatiel few months, hes 30 weeks old @ guess , loving , loves out.

problem likes nibble/peck peoples hands! has never broke skin , when isn't being threatened or appears frightened seems fun out of it.

how should react this? ignore doesnt attention doing it. no near nasty bird when step when within cage, once out hes fine , doesnt want go back.

can explain this?

also, had wings clipped when first got him advised shop, , seem have grown , tends go walls...doors etc, there way stop him doing or safer wings clipped again?
