upstairs neighbors updating condo. noisy , irritating since goes on days on end. asked them finish when 7 pm came around evening. said 2 hours. noise went on 6 days in row. there 2 days of peace , quiet. naturally thought finished. of course not. again today. spoke @ police department , said didn't know of time limit. don't believe second. out there know correct answer question?
