I am not getting aircel network?


hi, using aircel internet through in town (hospet,karnataka),just came here 10 days ago ,when came here getting aircel network ,although weak getting ,on 2 jan data pack ended put new data pack ,then getting roaming aircel 3g network unable connect internet ,now since 2 days not getting aircel network @ ,did shut down in area !, call customer care didn't answer problem , have data pack unable use it, can me out whats happening?
