Why does my Xerox Phaser 6125 printer print light black (black or color mode) while colors print fine?


thought light black printing caused after market ink have since installed genuine xerox black cartridge , it's still printing black more gray black. happens in both black , color modes. color printing fine. checked settings, tried returning default settings, exhausted options. help!
