18th birthday ideas for a girl?


i'm turning 18 in april, , want special want go ahead , start planning early. didn't have sweet 16 think should have 18 birthday party. part im pretty girly, , know want dressed up. (semi formal) short prom/homecoming dress. , don't want big. handful of close friends. idea of going idea think want other well.
