Can i file for taxes even though i didnt pay taxes for the first 6 months?


seem think taxes get, when "claim taxes". they're pay. if paid in more owe, you'd back. if worked year, paid in 5 months, chances you'll owe, not back.

if owed no tax year, paid in 2k, 2k back.

income of 27k required file. if can claim mom, you're $400-600 refund. if can't claim her, you'll owe little.

so past 6 months didn't pay taxes , wondering if can still claim taxes. don't make year worked lot of ot , paid 2k in taxes annual income of 27k. possible @ least 3k , claiming mother too. thanks
