How can I make my throat and ears stop hurting?


couple days ago, throat started hurting, normal pain, when cold. @ time expieriancing other normal cold sypmtoms, headache , muscle ache. however, today other symptoms gone, pain in throat feels it's been mulitiplied two. hurts badly , pain has spread ears. can't move tongue without ears , throat hurting. can't swallow, can't talk, eat or drink. can't sniffle of sneeze. hurts badly! i've tried gargalling salt water, didn't help. please tell me can make pain go away.
