650 ti enough graphics card, , worth money since run every game (not on high resolution , on highest settings, run games)

whether enough you, depend upon @ resolution want play games ? kind of games want play ?

ofcourse 660 ti, 670, 7850 hd, 7950 hd etc better cards 650 ti, cost lot
@ budget, personal requirements , invest accordingly on graphics card
