Has the refrigerator spoiled my food?


fridge broke in time christmas, brought second hand fridge (fridge only, no freezer compartment) temporary replacement. transferred of food old fridge (still switched on) new 1 i'd put plug in. few hours later noticed fridge didn't seem cold should be, after searching net, i've since read fridge can take 3 days reach it's optimum temperature. confirm this? also, have lot of food in fridge holiday period (including raw meat, dairy products etc.), spoiled/spoiling? according thermometer, it's 45 degrees f on middle shelf (i have thermostat set mark 5/6).
