How do I get better at setting in volleyball?


keep hands close together. make diamoond 2 thumbs , pointer fingers , keep them , spread out tad. push when setting, never slam down. make sure not move hands in foountain way after ball leaves hands (you want stop ur handsin air pointing up, not @ sides). know because setter on volleyball team , i'm 13 playing seniors , sophomores :)

so girls on volleyball team can sett perfect! i'm 1 can't set good! help!?!
