Is my baby bearded dragon going into brumation?


got baby bearded dragon (5 months old) 4 days ago ever since brought him home hasn't moved much... doesn't eat hardly maybe 4 or 5 crix day , no greens. yesterday ate 1 cricket , today nothing far. doesn't move in hand or in tank or anything.. said got him.. starting shed, scratching face on rock , tail turning grey color. i'm new , don't know do. morning underneath paper towel trying dig ground, , know sign of brumation, yesterday sat underneath cave thing , slept, morning when took him out of paper towel cold touch. think he's cold. put him on basking spot imediatly. right temp in tank reads 86-90 think thats good, if not can make warmer? think it's cold @ night. can use make warmer during night? 60-65 in tank. if starting brumate can stop it? got him :/ bought 150 crix , ready eaten , make fresh salad him every day. should do? brumating?
