NOISY NEIGHBOURS - PLEASE HELP!?


it's 4;25am, uk time. understand it's new years , everything, opposite me huge group of people being awful. woman owns house has been told off many times council numerous things, letting dogs sh!t on elses' doorsteps. she's having people over, making huge noise. dont mean few people music . mean atleast 100 music blasting down streets, fights in backyard, bottles being smashed everywhere, small children play. i'm 14 years old, , quite honestly, want sleep. can it? isnt me that's had enough of - whole street has gotten fed of her, signing petition make pay hassle she's caused . please help. i'm tired, & cant deal anymore.
