here's info on bearded dragon diet.
if dragon isn't eating might stressed out. brought him home 3 days ago... don't eat when stressed out. don't feed bearded dragon iceberg lettuce has no nutritional value. romaine lettuce good.
thing bearded dragons , huge staple in bearded dragon's diet kale. it's leafy green. beardie need sort of protein. mealworms should fine, that's not can eat. eat cockroaches.
need careful. don't feed insects bigger distance between eyes otherwise cause impaction in digestive system , die.

1 thing please don't feed bearded dragon spinach! has proven not them @ , stops absorption of calcium.

maybe the things you're trying eat big. depends on size of pet. maybe pet stressed.
