Help my turtle is sick!?!!?


had 2 turtles , 1 died :( other turtle doesn't seem good. doesn't swim around lot anymore or eat. , when leave him out of water gets crusty looking shell. it's has streak of sand down middle of back! gonna him companion because maybe he's sad? don't know do!?!?! please help!!?!?!?
