How to work FASFA out if mother passed away, don't talk to father?


mother passed away last july after being sick number of years. because of this, never had money , attending school through full pell. talked fa office , told me have father's information fill out fasfa year. thing is, don't live him , never speak him. sends me inconsistent personal checks child support since death besides have no contact. re-married , i'm afraid if use tax/income information reduce award amount because makes specific amount of money year.. though i'm not affiliated of it. have scholarship fall on pays part of education, still have take out loans earlier anticipated , not want this.. hate debt.

there anyway clarify on fasfa not live father? live in old house older brother going through probate @ moment , work pay bills, not enough tuition or school costs.

appear on application live makes enough means, when in reality living complete opposite. comments/advice welcomed!
