My toilet carpet is wet please help?


2 days ago me , partner noticed long wet patch in toilet down right hand side near wall.starting door entrance wall.there no water leaking toilet , no dampness around other areas of carpet.what be? live in 1 bed flat first floor on top of garage.could mold? im getting worried need dry have opened windows nothing seems working. there tiles under carpet should do?none of walls damp nor ceiling , there no obvious place water getting in.id appreciate thank you
