Bottom of my foot hurts from running?


hello! i'm 14 year old female , i've been running since may of 2012. average around 30-35 miles week. week ago bought new pair of shoes wear (not running shoes shoes wear out somewhere.) nike free runs have decent amount of support. however, 2 days ago running , sudden felt sharp pain in bottom/outside of left foot. continued hurt , finished run, took easy rest of day , iced it. next day (today) still hurts. can't walk on without feeling pain whenever pressure put on it. new shoes? i've never had problem in past. never wear bad shoes uggs or shoes without support. running shoes asics , love them because have support. should do?
