How do I get rid of my neighbors who rent the house next door?


own house , neighbors rent theirs. allow dog run everywhere , poop wherever , never clean up. throw trash on property. have damaged fence several times letting kids play on it, tore part of down twice (did not catch them found piece on property). pump rainwater/sewage onto property every time rains. kids disrespectful , have used racial slurs toward company. have contacted , filed complaints every local agency there is. nothing seems being done them. need catch them. frustrating. feel house unlivable. else can rid of these disrespectful, pesky neighbors??
