speak warn others, call mate, gather, take flight, fear,
cal , communicate when or of members of group or nest lost.
(last spring, watched baby bird fall out of nest , laided on ground , called mother 20 minutes , suddenly, mother bird swooped down , bird hopped on , flew him nest)

animals speaks when weather changes , alert when there on coming storm or when sun comes in morning.

try experiment:
take tape recorder , record bird sounds in morning , tie recorder branch of tree , turn on
birds flock tape recorder , began respond bird noises on corder

same experiment can used dogs.
