What kind of fish is this?


have seen kind of.fish twice in life. once in florida keys, and.once in fort pierce, fla. it's bright yellow fish (kind of.small grouper or soap fish body shape) , both times saw it, kind of floating sideways @ top of water. if try touch it(i thought dying first time) swims away, , floats in spot. it's size of hand, , bright yellow color. i've googled many times , never found anything. thankyou!
