I need help! Its like my brains falling apart!?


hi, im having horribley hard time memory, concentration, , basic things. have no visual memory or visual thinking. use pretty in school, horrible. have hard time words now, , can never make decisions. memory defitnally 1 of worst parts, can watch entire movie , forget of shortly after. effecting school work , life. feel becoming worse, , know had depression problems. depression isnt bad, im not happy brain problems. take illedelrin ( problly spelt wrong) , welbutrin (300 mg). im desperate help, if have advice of idea of mental problem please me.
