I'm scared I won't get accepted to the colleges I applied for because of my SAT score?

have extremely bad test anxiety when comes standardized tests (ap, sat, act). scores never reflect hours spent studying. can't begin explain how frustrating work hard in high school , have 1 test possibly ruin you. know because of low score, chances of getting of more selective schools (ucb, ucla, , cal poly) slim now. there's no time me retake sat again. have 200+ hours of community service, president , founder of many clubs, biracial, top 10 of class, etc. wrote phenomenal personal statements ucs, don't know if i'll able me enough. i'm worried , advice appreciated.
