Really bad lower abdominal pain?


i'm 15 years old , today morning doing regular things setting table breakfast, , ate chip , after got bad pain in lower abdominal couldn't stand staright more , went bathroom thought going throw didnt, tried stand straight couldnt thought gonna go away in couple seconds didn't, after had lay on bathroom floor couldnt stand anymore started see little stars , couldn't hear ears ringing , started breathe hard , started sweat crazy after tried calling mom couldn't talk heard me , didn't know couldn't tell happening tried sit me couldnt hurt really, felt in butt... 10 min later got cold shaking, layed on floor half hour , didnt hurt lower abdominal still hurts? , should do?
