What is a good diet for volleyball players?


@ 15, should not have worry eat have naturally high metabolism. smart , don't eating pure junk food. long working out, keep decent healthy weight. 18 , work out enough can eat whatever want , don't gain weight. though, don't eat junk food , drink minimal soda. smart , you'll good.

i'm volleyball player has started training regime have heard need diet or training won't @ all. if has ideas diet helpful, , i'm 15, not use steroids or build muscle.
