let me tell little us. husband got permanent job in west africa (coca-cola company in nigeria) working medical doctor here in state lost job on month of jan 18th 2010 due accident had during envy snow, accident destroyed part of body legs, thank god today still alive , can @ least walk again...but can't talk cos shock still in body according doctor, best way can communicate through writing believe god things possible, have faith in him healed matter of time.

relocate live husband cos doctor say's need care, maybe can me soon.
anyway, husband busy man that's why told him find nice,honest , responsible person our lovely home has been hard time us.
apartment $460 per month asking 1 month rent , security deposit $300. comes utilities + gas, water , electric, dishwasher , microwave , laundry. parking space available.
kind of tenant want responsible person, serious , trust worthy, willing pay 1 month rent , security deposit (your credit not matter us). can take care of kitchen, because loves kitchen much...


know see unit not problem because husband still need pick things unit , documentation in few days. wish use opportunity show unit.

note: if interested kindly fill out gap pls important candidate apartment.

happy hear , how clear have made going take care of apt. husband inform me trip has been cancelled board of directors. means have stay officially.however, our # 1 candidate, selected 10 candidates husband. when told husband excited going have our first tenant.
option left move forward.
however,we have asked go building manager show unit access has based on emergency , building policy out authorization letter show unit.
lease long term lease.to inspect unit have go there keys , authorization letter husband , thought shipping keys & documents out can have @ unit inside.
know how going work. have make security deposit of $300 refundable once move in .
once have keys & documentation , don't unit refund deposit back. husband ship keys & documents via fed ex ( express package, take less 2 day you).because cannot keep shipping keys , documents , forth , have decided ship keys , documentation once agree pay deposit refundable.
kindly email reconfirmation of address keys , documentation shipped to.
address received go ahead , send payment information have security deposit sent .he have keys , document shipped payment confirmed. ...why arrangement because of act had student wanted rent unit , when husband wanted ship keys, on getting fedex office.. called number correct address gave , inform me had found other apartment , paid day before...without notifying us. felt bad because if have not called have sent our keys , relevant documentation out .
because of this, decided receive security deposit serious tenant before shipping keys & documentation out.if keys , document shipped, left email address convenient receive them.
