Ball Python Tips for a New Owner?


advice on considering buying ball python in 2014? putting off buying 1 till move out of current apartment , 1 live alone. since planning on 2 bedroom apartment 1 bedroom being office, it'll work out better python in office instead of bedroom. less loud music , roommates may freak out rats in freezer. figure time give time prepare being new snake owner , bargains on different supplies hides, larger tank (i have smaller tanks lead larger 3 foot tank), proper lids, decent substrate (still on fence on one), , other stuff enclosure. oh, , feeding tub.

it'll give me several chances visit different reptile shows. think of vendors go same ones, live equal distance 3 or 4 different shows. plan on going @ least 3 of them twice general idea of selection. although said, think of same breeders go each 1 since 1 out of state, it'll give me idea of whether state more expensive. plus can see different morphs in person. since work rotating weekends @ hospital, year give me many opportunities see different shows.

know when time comes buy one, don't want buy online since want see snake.

new owning snake that's why time frame too. had ex owned several snakes kind of think crazy when bought retic. ball adorable stuck on feeding mice despite original breeder's reassurance ball eating rats.
