Why can't I send an attachment?


have received reports yahoo! mail users in new interface unable attach files outgoing messages.

status: our engineering team investigating issue now, collect information in investigation. please reply following information computer:

•your web browser (firefox, chrome, safari, ie) , version number
•your operating system (windows, mac os x) , version number
•your internet service provider
•the full text of error may encounter

workaround: may able attach files using supported web browser:

yahoo has turned new mail plus. tried today sent attachment using large files option. stop after uploading file , won't continue when press it. tried 9 times @ different sittings still can't move next step of sending mail.
