adsense account blog on blogger disapproved. when clicked learn more went page says adsense account disabled invalid activity. no longer want blog.

however, want create youtube account , have adsense on it. email different 1 used blog.

create new adsense account or need use 1 created? need 1 created or can close , start again new account?
