Which vacation should I choose?

on summer year (2013), graduating high school exceptionally high gpa (3.9), being accepted college. gpa may not ideally high of may think, parents otherwise wish plan me vacation rewarding it. i've narrowed down 2 choices; 10-12 days in;

there dilemma involved process, here pros , cons;

england pros;
-i see family
-me , father tour island (road/train trip)
-i see extended family
-i see dad lived before emigrated california
-biggest pro-drinking trip/pub culture

england cons;
-about half of extended family see drama queens/kings, absorbed, selfish, , problematic overall
-i have see 4 relatives represent bad traits listed above; grandmother (crazy, problematic, childlike mind), aunt (greedy, selfish, sues on everything), other aunt (liar, *****, cheater, announced @ grandfather's funeral she's cheating on husband , plans remarry lover), , cousin (beats me up, self-absorbed jock, ended stabbing me last time on there)
-the aunt cheating, lover dying cancer , die during summer (perfect timing)
-my mother refuses come because has deal of cons listed above
-biggest con-probably 4 relatives have deal

hawaii pros;
-beautiful beaches, paradise
-rent house on beach
-my mother , 1 of friends can come long friend pays plane ticket
-biggest pro-a more relaxed vacation overall

hawaii cons;
-shockingly hawaii way more expensive england , strain parents wallets
-my parents need approve of friend chose come (they hate of friends virtually), , if don't find friend come us, won't rent house (the rented house part of crazy deal found there has @ least 4 occupants (me, mom, dad three), otherwise have rent hotel room twice amount of rented house)
-we have deal uncle mom's side lives there (he's 1 of hated people in hawaii because developed 5 empty mega resorts in hawaiian rain forest)((he's gone prison torturing cats , fighting pit bulls in past , he's biggest asshole alive))
-biggest con-my uncle , possibility of losing rented house offer

need choosing, both sound absolutely amazing, cons overwhelmingly difficult ignore/overcome. otherwise, there other destination might suggest. please @ least choose england or hawaii before contributing input.
